Welcome to Location Scout Pro! By accessing and using our website, locationscoutpro.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Location Scout Pro, a location scouting and management company based in Los Angeles, California. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. Location Scout Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Location Scout Pro reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including, without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and terminating the violator's access to the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Location Scout Pro, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its contents for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

The Location Scout Pro name, the Location Scout Pro logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Location Scout Pro or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Location Scout Pro. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOCATION SCOUT PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, EVEN IF LOCATION SCOUT PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCATION SCOUT PRO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LOCATION SCOUT PRO, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Location Scout Pro makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Location Scout Pro does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY A DISTRIBUTED DENIAL-OF-SERVICE ATTACK, VIRUSES, OR OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY HARMFUL MATERIAL THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIAL DUE TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR TO YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL POSTED ON IT, OR ON ANY WEBSITE LINKED TO IT.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Site. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The failure of Location Scout Pro to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Location Scout Pro relating to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Location Scout Pro with respect to the Site. A printed version of these Terms and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
